My employees work less than 117 hours per calendar month and I have used the 8% method to calculate their holiday pay entitlements. Currently, there is no way to carry forward unused hours in Micropay at the year end, it can only do this in Days not Hours. I would like the facility to carry forward these hours as calculated in the package during the year.
